Information, referral and advocacy program: educates the public about mental health, mental illness, and effective treatments. This program also encompasses providing services to protect the rights of those with mental illnesses and case advocacy activities for mental health consumers.

Our agency has national certified guardians who work directly with families and those who are found to be incapacitated and no longer able to make their own decisions.
