The organization will primarily find healthcare solutions for residents of underserved areas, both rural and urban. The organization will provide health education and awareness. The organization will provide low cost or free of cost health services (performed by licensed medical physicians) to individuals who cannot afford the services at standard rates. The organization will research illness and discovery of treatment for diseases, as well as work toward the development of new methods of disease prevention. Service area will focus on the great lakes bay region and will be funded through donations, contributions, and grants. These activities will be conducted in furtherance of our exempt charitable purpose, which is to provide comprehensive, ambulatory primary health care to medically underserved populations, both in urban and rural services areas, in cooperation with other community service organizations, to promote health care and disease prevention benefits.
