What The Glass Fusion Collective Inc does
Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe environment where fused glass enthusiasts can learn, teach, and create using shared equipment and other glass art resources. Activities include classes, independent studio sessions, workshops, membership meetings, community demonstrations, sales, and a juried biennial exhibition.
As stated on its FY2024 Form 990-EZ.
Programs
Independent studio. We are offering independent studio sessions to experienced fused glass makers. Our venue also currently functions as day care for essential workers, therefore, we can only offer one daytime session at this time on saturdays. There are three independent studio periods per week. Each is three hours long. There is a studio monitor in each period to ensure access to the site, show people where the equipment is, and to make sure the studio is tidy before everyone leaves. This person is not an instructor. Rather, this is an opportunity to come together with other fused glass enthusiasts to make art. Firing is done on premises, each person is allowed 12 square feet per 10 week session but not all at once, meaning that firing should not be done at the end of the semester.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2022, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2022, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $66k to $79k (+19%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
