The corporation is organized for following primary purposes: to provide assistance and services to individuals whom are either currently incarcerated or who have previously been incarcerated with the intent of successfully integrating those individuals into productive society by providing them with skills and resources to better manage their lives, improve their employment prospects, and thus reduce likelihood of recidivism and/or improve social and economic outcomes for those individuals. To provide employment opportunities to those who are traditionally considered to be "difficult to employ- or lacking in upward economic mobility, including but not limited to previously incarcerated individuals, with the intent of successfully integrating those individuals into productive society by providing them with skills, resources, and services to better manage their lives, improve their employment prospects, and thus reduce their likelihood of recidivism, increase their upward economic mobilit
