Program
The filing organization is a part of the Ascension Catholic Health Ministry. Ascension is a faith-based healthcare organization that delivers personalized, compassionate care to all, especially to those who need it the most. GENESYS CONVALESCENT CENTER LEASED PROPERTY IN THE FORM OF A BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT TO A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL SKILLED NURSING CARE TO THE COMMUNITY. On July 31, 2015, Genesys Convalescent Center sold their bed licenses to Genesis Rehab. While Genesis Rehab constructs a new facility, Genesys Convalescent Center will lease out their facilities to Genesis Rehab. Once the new facility has been completed, Genesys Convalescent Center will commence selling their facilities and will then wind down the business.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2019 to 2020, from $1.1M to $0 (−100%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
