It does this primarily through the marketing, promotion, workforce development, and education along wiht the administration of certain government grants such as from epa brownfields, hud and nys microenterprise program. Administration of loan funds for the city of johnstown, fulton county, city of gloversville and the nys job development agency. Marketing the crossroads industrial park,johnstown industrial park, crossroads business park and johnstown commerce park. Working with fulton county officials, fulton county ida, fulton montgomery regional chamber of commerce and many nys agencies.
