As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

  2. Identified and vetted flawed K-12 public school textbooks. Objective was to identify and correct bias. Some school districts had certain history and geography textbooks reprinted, revised their content, or rejected them outright based upon CFNS intervention. During 2014 CFNS published a comprehensive book about CAIRs origin, activities and methods, documenting almost 150 cases of frivolous lawsuits, extortion, intimidation and subversion against individuals, organizations, government and businesses throughout North America - all aimed at silencing CAIRs critics and advancing its agenda of radical Islam. In 2017 work continued on a second edition of this book.

  3. Conducted research on organizations and movements that use terrorism and other radical measures in attempts to overthrow America's judicial and political systems and replace them with their extremist legal and religious ideologies. Made findings available to the law enforcement and intelligence communities, lawmakers, and the general public.

  4. Wrote script for two films pertaining to national security issues. Produced and distributed them free-of-charge via social media and other outlets.

Who funds it, year by year

2017 → 2023: the base narrowed from 7 funders to 2 funders, grant income fell $44k → $4k.

1 of 15 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 9% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $30k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been.
