The mission of the First Genesis Development Corporation is to assist underprivileged members of the Greater Rochester Community and especially those surrounding the First Genesis Baptist Church through a variety of programs aimed at employment, affordable and sustainable housing, healthy life style/education and economic empowerment.

The First Genesis Development Corporation is involved in managing, consulting, promoting low income housing in the City of Rochester. We are in partnership with Rochester Management (RMI), and for our two projects, we have two different construction companies; Atlas Construction for the Affordable Single Family Dwellings, and Christa Construction for the Senior/Affordable Apartment Complex.
