01What it does

What Faces of the East Bay does

Mission

To provide support for individuals, families, seniors, and people living with disabilities with the resources needed to overcome the disparities caused by food insecurity.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.

Program

  1. Faces expanded its community service by partnering with other community based organizations and the alameda county food bank to distribute healthy staple foods, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables to families, individuals, seniors, and people living with disabilities. We used community based outreach to make it easier for community members to have access to services and resources that eliminate food insecurity; reduce diet-related diseases and respond to health disparities.
