Program
In 2024, the drcwm served 2112 community members, including 744 children, across seven counties. The drcwm continued to identify a significant need for housing preservation mediation and collaborated with community partners to prevent families facing eviction from becoming unhoused. The drcwm provided restorative practices training to the community and to various organizations, including both public and private entities. The drcwm had restorative facilitators on-site in two school districts, working to help students and staff resolve conflicts that hinder school attendance and learning. The drcwm continued to work in the criminal justice system, providing restorative conferences as a diversion, wherein the person responsible and the person harmed come together voluntarily to discuss what happened, who was affected, and how, and to work together to create a plan to move forward.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $108k to $157k (+46%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
