Mission
We take care of our natural heritage by informing west virginians about key conservation issues, taking positions on legislation and policy affecting the environment and communicating our views to elected officials. We educate the public and mobilize voters.

1 we wrote and posted 25 articles and blog entries 2 we commissioned and executed a poll amoung young voters in seven wv counties. 3 we engaged a project communications director to ramp up our social media activity across the platforms. 4 we sent a questionaire to all legislative candidates in the seven counties and posted their responses on our website. 5 we sent 9000 postcards to young voters who registered in 2024 in the seven wv counties. 6 we produced six short videos focused on the need for renewable energy and green jobs in west virginia. 7 we endorsed nine candidates for state legislative office and designed and mailed postcards to voters on behalf of the candidates.
