To ensure that every american, whether native born or adopted by our nation, has the opportunity to achieve their american dream. American dream fellows commit to a 13 month program (currently based in northwest arkansas) wherein they live in the host community and develop an immigrant integration plan that includes a toolkit, financial, and other resources for the immigrant community.
