Mission
The san carlos pta coordinating council (ptacc) is comprised of pta council officers, pta presidents from each school, principals, representatives from the san carlos education foundation ("scef"), charter learning center, and san carlos school district administration working together to collaborate and support the needs of all of the children in nine community schools. The ptacc is committed to supporting high-quality education in the san carlos school district. Pta members are heavily involved in the budget discussions to ensure cuts do not have a negative impact on students academic performance nor the whole child education the community values.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.
Program
San carlos pta coordinating council raises fund to support public education and san carlos schools. Ptacc also encourage parents, educators and community members to join together in advocating for students by learning more about the budget situation by reviewing the work of the superintendents budget advisory committee; attend pta meetings, school board meetings, and engage with the 17th, and district pta of san mateo county; appealing to local and state officials to address the under-funding of california public schools; and join the "stand up for public schools" rally.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2018, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2018, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2018 to 2019, from $47k to $8k (−84%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Surplus & reserves
Operating surplus or deficit each year, and months of liquidity in hand. 4 of the last 8 reported years ran a deficit.
