Scholars seeks to expand educational opportunities for students who are members of historically underrepresented or disadvantaged populations.scholars will grant scholarships for full-time enrollment or attendance at a university, college, trade school or vocational school or other institution of higher education as described in code section 170(b)(1)(a)(ii) (an "educational institution") to help underrepresented or disadvantaged students overcome historic challenges which have impeded their enrollment in, success at, and timely graduation from, an educational institution.
