Rent is 30% of adjusted tenant income & includes cost of all utilities.5. Services provided to tenants include 24 hour security, 24 hour access to home care, daily shuttle service to grocery stores and shopping centers, exercise programs, volunteer opportunities, meals on wheels, and community special events and programs.
