To provide georgia tech students an opportunity to conduct local service work, establish personal & professional networks, gain leadership experience and skills, and secure student housing.

Program
We maintained a very high occupancy rate as the business model transitioned from a general rental property back to a fraternity residence. We also continued to make significant capital improvement investments in the house as part of our commitment to maintaining the property in prime condition. In addition, we hosted several successful alumni events with strong attendance and community support.
