What Asbury Health Center does
Mission
Asbury Health Center is a faith based organization whose mission is to improve the lives of older adults through high-quality compassionate care.
As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.
Program
On its FY2024 return the organization reported a significant change in how it conducts a program.
On april 1, 2024, the organization entered into an agreement to sell its operations and associated movable equipment to boncrest resources group ("boncrest"), an organization that is recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3). Per the terms of this agreement, operations under boncrest will continue to be conducted in furtherance of the organization and boncrest's shared section 501(c)(3) charitable mission. This transaction did not result in either of the following for the organization's 2024 tax year: (1) liquidation, termination, or dissolution and ceasing of the organization's operations or (2) selling, exchanging, disposing of, or transferring more than 25% of the organization's net assets.
Its own explanation, from Schedule O of that return (Part III, line 3).

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $26M to $15M (−42%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2020 4% · 2021 4% · 2022 5% · 2023 1% · 2024 12%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
12% of ASBURY HEALTH CENTER’s revenue is contributions — more earned-revenue than three-quarters of its peers (81% for the typical peer).
