To assist those individuals who are in need of assistance in receiving upper-extremity prosthetics & prosthetic rehabilitation, who can not afford the treatment, & are unable to receive support through insurance, workers compensation, veterans benefits or other governmental support and for research into better prosthetics or prosthetic services.
