What Allegiant Preparatory Academy does

Mission

Allegiant Preparatory Academy educates all students in grades k-8 with rigorous academics, character development, and a commitment to community necessary for college success and a life of positive action.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Programs

  1. 24-25 sy - 90% of 3rd graders passed the iread 3 assessment. We exceeded our goal by 20% due to leveraging small group foundational literacy instruction and standard-based computer adaptive instruction during the week. The majority of our 3rd graders have mastered lower academy reading skills.

  2. 24-25 sy - 70% of our k-2 scholars met their eoy nwea math growth goals. We exceeded our goal by 17% due to leveraging the zearn curriculum. Scholars were provided a hybrid of small group instruction, independent work time, and standard based computer adaptive instruction during the week.

  3. 24-25 sy - our average daily student attendance for the school year was 95%. Our staff work hard to ensure scholars arrive to an environment that is stable, consistent and conducive to learning. As a result our families and scholars are invested in ensuring they are present each day. Our dean of students and family supports works hard to track daily attendance, and identify support for families that may be struggiling to get their child to school each day. As a result, our scholars spend more time over the course of 179 day school year at school, receiving a hybrid of instruction to support a range of different learners.

The 3 programs described on its FY2024 Form 990, listed largest first by expense. Program spending in total: $1,908,178.
