Program

  1. Amglr is a member organization of medical group executives representing more than 18 leading academic health systems. Roundtable members share common goals, responsibilities, and interests, along with diverse organizational structures that include community-based infrastructures, all while unified by the mission and unique demands of the academic framework. Amglr members work to identify and frame incremental, achievable solutions that advance critical physician workforce issues faced by academic medical centers across these varied settings. The roundtable convenes bi-annually to provide a forum for members to share insights on the evolving roles and increasing complexity of physician teams. As peers with deep experience and knowledge, the collective intelligence of amglr members fosters innovative thinking and collaborative problem-solving, helping to accelerate the development of practical, forward-looking solutions.
