01What it does

What Aaae Relief Foundation does

Mission

To provide basic relief and support to airport employees in areas impacted by natural disasters or other events causing widespread suffering

As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.

Program

  1. This year, we proudly launched the Aaae Relief Foundation, reflecting our commitment to supporting airport employees affected by natural disasters and other major events. Unlike past initiatives focused on specific incidents, the relief foundation operates with an ongoing funding model, ensuring that resources are always available when our community needs them most. Every dollar contributed goes directly to supporting members of our airport family during times of hardship. In response to the devastation caused by hurricanes helene and milton, we collaborated with aci-na to distribute 142,000 to 73 impacted employees at six airports in florida and north carolina. Being able to provide this aid is a testament to the strength of our collective culture, where support and solidarity are at the heart of everything we do.
